Missions Conference Planning
The missions committee is planning to host a missions conference sometime this year. There will be a special meeting to discuss the conference on March 18th at 12:30 PM at the church. You do not have to be a member of the missions committee to attend. We welcome anyone who would like to be involved in planning this exciting event. See Ken Baskette or Kimberly Hendricks with questions.
Young-at Hearts Luncheon
It’s that time again for all of us 55 and older. Time for good food, yummy desserts, and fellowship. Yes, it’s time for the Young at Hearts Easter get together! The party will be on March 28th at noon, so add your name to the sign up sheet in the narthex. We encourage you to bring friends. The more the merrier!
A prayer group meets at Providence Thursday evenings at 6:30 PM in Room 1. All are welcomed and encouraged to come and pray for individual needs, and the needs of our church, our community, and our nation.
Ladies—Do you enjoy fellowship while working on a craft project? A group of women meet weekly on Tuesdays from 1-3 here at the church, and they welcome newcomers. Just bring that half-finished sweater or the scrapbook you’ve wanted to complete for years and join in the comradery.
Ladies Prayer Partner Ministry Ladies — We have prayer partner ministry. If you would like to participate, complete a registration form which can be found on the back table, and drop it in the Women’s Ministry box. See Margaret Ramage or Denise Denning with questions.
The Women's Ministry Team meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 PM here at the church building. Any woman who attends Providence is welcome to attend these meetings. As a woman you are inherently a part of the women's ministry, therefore we welcome your input and suggestions. Please contact Denise Denning for more information.

Peter Bottros Concert
Our Piano and Pie Fun Night is now right around the corner (3/23/18 @ 7 PM) featuring musician Peter Bottros. Peter is originally from Egypt and shares his wonderful God-given gift of music, all the more remarkable because he’s had no formal training. He and his band have performed at the Pullo Center and the Strand, so we are very excited about welcoming him to Providence. For a sneak peak, visit http://peterbottros.com/videos/carol-of-the-bells/ and http://peterbottros.com/videos/imagine/. The concert starts at 7 PM and dessert will be served at intermission. Seating will be auditorium style so there will be room for more people to attend this "not to miss" outreach event. What a perfect evening to share with friends and family! There will be a sign-up sheet for anyone wishing to help with desserts, and babysitting will be provided. See Lyn Mitchell with questions.

Ladies' Bible Study
The Women’s Bible Study meets from 9:15—11:00 AM on Thursday mornings. We are studying the books of I & II Timothy and Titus using Pete Summer’s book, “Do What You Have Heard.” Together we are working our way through topics including spiritual deception, how grace confronts conflict, exercising leadership, and supporting leadership within the church. Please contact Shannon Hawk with any questions.
