I accepted Christ as my savior when I was five years old after attending a GEMS club meeting. Helping others became a core part of my desire to express Christ’s love. This eventually led me to become a clinically licensed social worker. Serving on the Women’s Care Team allows me to support other women in their walk with Christ while drawing on what I know and have learned about trauma, relational dynamics, and mental health. I love being outside; gardening, walking, hiking, biking, and kayaking are some of my favorite things.

I came to faith as a child and became a committed follower of Christ at the age of 25. I hold a degree in Biblical Studies from Lancaster Bible College and have a strong passion for women’s ministry and worship arts. I’m married and part of a large blended family, which has shaped my perspective and deepened my compassion for others. I feel especially called to be an advocate for the voiceless and to walk alongside those who have experienced abuse, pointing them toward the healing and hope found in Christ. I enjoy creative pursuits, cooking and traveling.

I grew up hearing the gospel as I attended Sunday school and church. I put my trust in Jesus as my Lord and Savior when I was a small girl. I have a bachelor’s degree in art and currently work with grades K-3 as an instructional assistant. My husband and I raised two wonderful sons, and I loved homeschooling them through 10th grade. As a pastor’s wife I have served our church in a variety of ways, including teaching children’s Sunday school, women’s Bible studies, one on one discipleship, and on the Women’s Care Team. I love spending time with my family, watercolor painting, and the beach.
