These are foundational classes to be offered at least once a year. One or two of these classes will be offered every quarter.
- Inquirers’ Class - An introduction to PPC offered to those new to the church. This course is designed to provide an overview of the programs and beliefs of PPC and the Presbyterian Church in America. This class is offered in the Fall and Spring quarters.
- Reasons to Believe - Seeks to help students address critical questions about the foundational tenets of Christianity including: How do we know God exists? Can we be certain the Scriptures are God’s Word? Was Jesus really God? Is there life after death? Is Jesus really the only way?
- Life as a Christian - Intended to assist Christians in learning what it means to live as a disciple of Jesus Christ, this course will help you: learn to read the Bible, pray and develop other skills necessary to becoming a mature believer.
- Understanding the Bible - Designed to provide students with an understanding of the overall message and themes of the Bible. Students will survey major events, key figures and key places thereby gaining a better understanding of how to read and understand the Bible.
