While our pastoral staff may be able to help with short-term problems,
other issues are best served by consulting a counselor. Providence
works with several counselors and will make a referral if we feel the
need is beyond the scope of pastoral care.
Personal problems
If you're having personal problems and need to discuss them, consider one or more of the following options:
- If you are in a small group already, share your struggle with
your group or Group Leader. Often, health worries, family concerns, and
other issues can be alleviated through supportive sharing and prayer
with your small group.
- Consider calling the church office to speak to a counselor.
- Request to meet with a member of our pastoral staff by calling the office at 717-767-4772.
